我刚刚复制了我的项目，（我希望有 2 个不同的单独应用程序）。我为第二个更改了包名称和 applicationId，它在模拟器上完美运行，但是当我尝试生成已签名的 apk 时出现此错误：

进行清理和重建项目：

Menu -> Build -> Clean project
File -> Invalidate Caches / Restart
Build —> Rebuild Project

重建项目应该可以解决它。但是由于它无法解决您的问题，请查看应用程序的输出目录中是否有应用程序文件。如果是，请删除或重命名它。似乎android sdk由于某种原因未能覆盖它。或者，您可以从 app 文件夹中完全删除 debug 和 release 文件夹，然后重新启动 IDE。

如果以上方法都不能解决您的问题，那么在您的应用构建 Gradle 中添加以下内容，然后清理，重新构建您的项目。
