    /etc/ssl/openssl.cnf中更改全局openssl.cnfcurl -vvv 测试相同的URL。它在 openssl.cnf 中没有任何变化,并显示正确的 TLSv1.2 协商(在我的 URL 中,到 AES128-SHA256) 用openssl s_client -connect host:port 测试相同的URL。再次,运行没有问题。

.NET 5 尝试使用已(并且应该)禁用的 SSLv3。 (在 Debian 10 等中)
