Agile Framework----Scrum

I think I should enhance my skill on scrum.Scrum is a famous development framework in software industries.It is a kind of agile development framework.

Let’s think of it like this:
A project that consisted of product owner,developers,and project manager is a game.Scrum are rules of the game.It guides our relationships and interactions in the game.

Don’t worry about it,when you start using Scrum to guide your team to develop a product or a service.Because Scrum is not complex as you imagine.Scrum is a lightweight framework that helps people ,teams and organizations generate value through adaptive solutions for complex problems.Scrum is quiet simple and flexible.Scrum is purposefully incomplete.It only defines the parts required to implement scrum theory.It doesn’t provide people with any detailed instructions.Scrum is built upon the collective intelligence of the people.

The business world is becoming more complex than ever before.
We need a way to simplify our duties so that we win victory in the business commercial war.

We can benefit from scrum:

• 1.As a product owner,it always a requirement people behalf of the real product owner,she/he should order the work for a complex work into a product backlog.Scrum has a set of base ideas guiding product owner to work effectively and correctly.
• 2.It also helps a scrum team turn a selection work into an increment of value during a sprint.
• 3.It helps a scrum team and its stakeholders inspect the results and adjust for the next sprint.

The environment above should be fostered by a scrum master.How important a scrum master is in a scrum team.What we should do is complying with the rules of scrum.According my practice ,scrum can effectively improve work efficiency.

By the way,there are many kinds of agile development framework.Scrum is one of them.Practice has already proven that scrum is the most popular.
